How much is WAEC registration for 2025?
The WAEC registration fee in 2025/2025 for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) is N27,000. The NECO (National Examinations Council) internal candidates (SSCE) fee is N22,250.

Junior WAEC Registration Fee
You have to pay at least N18000. If you are writing BECE this year, also have it mind that the total fee you will be asked to pay by your school differs, as different schools have different amounts the charge their students for Waec Registration.
How to Register for WAEC 2025/2026
Step 1: Get Registration PIN
Make payment of registration fee at the approved bank or cashless payment point to retrieve your Registration PIN.
Step 2: Proceed to the Registration Website
Login WAEC Registration Portal through your PIN.
Step 3: Upload National Identification Number (NIN)
Make your NIN available, since it will be needed for the registration.
Step 4: Special Needs Candidates
Should the case be applicable, record any impairment (e.g., visual, speech, hearing) during registration for access to pertinent support.
Step 5:Complete Registration
Fill and verify your registration in two weeks’ time. Double-check personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, passport photograph, and selection of subjects. Print your Admission Notice that includes your Result Checker PIN
